hiyah..yup itx already 1 week since i go to my dept and work...colleagues are good treat me well...but can say sometimes i feel that my supervisor was a little fierce making me dun really dare to approach her...and for the first time i met an unreasonable customer who was so angry when he called us at our hotline...BUT managed to get him to a shorter queue to make him feel a little calmer..cos he called to our call centre and waited for 2 hrs jux to enquire about the rate of the different ad types and my colleague was telling me to get him to call the call centre and he says that since we are in the customer service, can we just provide him with the details...however, lucky managed to get him to a shorter queue to make him feel a lil better...

Most of the agency agent that calls us was quite friendly, wonder is my friendly tone that makes them feel a lil better or jux that they noe we are a bzy bunch of bees bzy with all our work...hehe...but still not really used to the environment...MISS MY HONEYMOON TRAINING...haha..last fri managed to go up and find my trainer they all to have a ladies' chat...

Guess wat?...EVERYONE SAYS I LOOKED STRESS...basically, its a yes answer i mux say..once i m bzy..when it comes to lunchtime, i dun hab the appetite to eat all bcoz i was so tired aft bzy at the desk for ad bookings for half the day...then the other half the day..bzy linking ads..haha...wonder how long i nid 2 continue sia...

That fri, i joined my colleagues for lunch, including my supervisor...haha..she seldom joins us for lunch...but that friday was also our chinese traffic de colleague, Wenya (they call her yaya)...bdae...HAPPY BELATED BDAE though i m nt v familiar with her..but anyway, she's my colleague...

NEXT SAT GOTTA WORK..that's the most sian thing..cos i nidda work 1 WHOLE DAE sia...even though they gif me an off dae on wed...hope my sec sch fren , luilui can come join me 4 lunch...SO LONG nvr c her le...miss my sec sch buddies gang a lot..waiting to go out 1 dae with them...and also, my another sec 1 fren, liyan...say find one dae watch movie tgt nw din even hab the time sia...hope when i become more stabilized in the dept i will find time to go out with them...

gotta go nw..wan play games to relax and recharge myself...so tt tues they will c a more alert veron..haha..signing off...byebye...
