Friday was a very good day but end up was a lousy day because like my friend say 1 unreasonable customer will make ur day a bad day. Indeed, it's true...

WTH it's jux because of a paper that is delivered wrongly, i kena scold by that damn idiot customer...I almost wanted to scold him already...keep repeating myself to him to calm down...yet it looks like though he speaks good english he don't understand...tis like EMP in the Gong Zhu Xiao Mei..will be considered as irrational people...and me like EMP i dun speak to irrational people...want me to treat u with good attitude...please be rational before speaking to me...jux because the paper u get is Business Times instead of Berita Harian...eh uncle..BUSINESS TIMES IS MORE EXPENSIVE...even though u dun subscribe u go down to shop buy we still earn $$ anyway...please...

I almost really feel like shouting at him already but i control myself...i noe i cant shout at the customer...but i sometimes really wish that if i can dun say i am not working under customer service....I WILL SHOUT AT HIM BACK SIA........this kind of people u experience once is enough....if there's a second time, I WON'T TOLERATE ANYMORE...i will just shout back at the person...i dun care about customer service...or should i say here....PLEASE DUN THINK THAT U R A CUSTOMER...WE SHOULD TOLERATE U..IF I FIND U SO UNREASONABLE, I WON'T TOLERATE..DON'T THINK I WILL USE A GOOD ATTITUDE TO TALK TO U...i dun consider myself a person working under the customer service....my dept was handling with agencies ONLY......

That damn idiot customer says want to complain me...wat the fish lo...i din even complain him he shld laugh liao...still wan complain me...

If the next job i wan find, i wun find a customer service job...cos the ppl haven gt heart attack..i might get angry until i gt a blood vessel burst sia...

DAMN GUY...now u lift ur head up the sky..be careful cos u might fall into a big canal the nxt moment and will never lift ur head up again...uncle...please mind ur attitude dun treat us customer service people as people who u can vent ur anger..so wat if u are good in english, so wat if u subscribe our papers...so wat if u r our customer...so wat?u really tink customer is king...u r wrong...u r so inflexible man...customer service can have a lot of meanings and not wat u think customer service means we reply to everything k...uncle....u should go sichuan there and understand wat life really is...
